TARA , the premier Bengali channel from Broadcast Worldwide, broadened its horizon by transforming itself into the first Bengali TV network of two channels - TARA NEWZ, the first 24 hour Bengali news channel and TARA MUZIK, the first 24 hour Bengali entertainment channel. Both these channels were formally launched on 21st February 2005 , the International Language Day.
